Programme and Food

PROGRAMME

The program was supposed to start at 6:30pm. Ang problema medyo maraming guests na na-late. Siguro na-traffic dahil nga sa Valentine's at Chinese New Year's Eve.

Let's look at the program and see the + and the -.

Mga OK
- OK yung host.  Established rapport with the audience.
Only advice to Carlo - please open your eyes when you're singing=)

NOT OK
- Since di nga naka-start on time, natapos ang program after midnight =(.
- Medyo maraming gaps sa program ano?  Parang laging merong hinihintay.  Sana smoother ang takbo ng programme.
- Ang hahaba ng ibang speeches =).  One of the PB speeches was 5minutes and 35 seconds long.

FOOD
I was lucky to be placed at the Presidential Table.

Pero let us break it down...

- The appetizers were really great.  I particularly liked the seared tuna.
French dish kasi Sofitel is French
- Desserts are the best!  Iyong sapin-sapin was delicious.  Pati yung petit-fours were also good (ito yung mga cake na malilit).
