Mga Pagkaing Pagdagdag ng Talino

(Food to Add Intelligence)

Ano ba ang pagkaing nakakapag-patalino?   I guess ang sagot ay wala.  Kung hindi ka matalino, at tamad ka namang magbasa at mag-aaral, maski na anong kainin mo e di ka tatalino.  Whew.  At least we got that point out of the way =).

(So what food can make a person intelligent?  The answer: NONE!  If you are not born intelligent, and you are hopelessly lazy and demotivated to read and study, regardless of what you eat you will not be intelligent.)

Pero ayon sa mga biologists at nutritionists merong mga pagkaing nag-e-enhance ng pagkatalino ng isang tao.  Well, puwede pa rin kayong humirit na "Bakit si Gab chicken, giniling at instant noodles lang ang kinakain e sobrang talino?".  Exactly, but that is the point no.1 my dear friends.  Ang mahalagang tanong, bakit kasing talino nyo ba si Gab?  At pangalawa, mas marami na ngayong kinakain si Gab ano, kumakain na siya ng pancit. 

(According to biologists and nutritionists, there are food groups that can enhance a person's intelligence.  In reference to a Pamilya Banal Family member who is regarded as the most intelligent in our family - his name is Gab, 2nd year High School at Philippine Science High School - "Why is Gab intelligent when he only eats chicken, minced pork and noodles!?!?!.  Exactly the point my dear friends.  The important question is, are you as intelligent as Gab? Secondly, Gab now eats more food - like pancit for example =)

So para sa atin na hindi kasing talino ni Gab, bakit di natin subukan...malay natin.

(So for us who are not as intelligent as Gab, why not give it a try...who knows...)

Listahan ng mga Pagkaing Pampatalino (galing kay Dr. Mercola)

1)  Fish Oil

Ayon sa kasabihan , "Fish is brain food."   Kaso, di niya nirerekomenda ang fish, dahil karamihan sa isda ngayon ay merong mercury.  Ang nirerekomenda niya ay fish oil. Eto kasi ay packed with beneficial omega-3 fats including DHA.  Tapos ang fish oil may reduce inflammation in the brain and offer a protective effect.

2) Organic, Raw Vegetables

Halos wala raw katulad sa sustansya ang organic, raw vegetables. Eto yung mga gulay na tinanim at pinalaki na walang pesticide at insecticides.  Yung low levels of folic acid ay makikita sa mga green leafy vegetables, at ang maraming mga antioxidants at phtyochemicals sa mga gulay "will help to keep your mind sharp".

3) Raw Eggs

Raw whole eggs are a phenomenally inexpensive and incredible source of high-quality nutrients that many of us are deficient in, especially high-quality protein and fat. While it may take some getting used to, this is a simple way to improve your mind and your overall health. Ang pagkain ng lutong itlog ay hindi magkakaroon ng parehas na resulta.  Ibig sabihin, mas hilaw ang itlog mas masustansya ito.

4) Avoid Sugar

This is obviously not a food, but more of a "foods-to-avoid" category.  Kung gusto nyo raw lagi to "perform at your top level", intelligence-speaking or otherwise, paki-limitahan nyo raw ang sugar. Scientifically kasi, high-sugar foods will disrupt your body's homeostasis and insulin levels, which will contribute to disease and brain fog.

5) Blueberries

Not only do blueberries taste good, but they are one of the most potent antioxidant foods on the planet. They are small and densely packed with a variety of potent phytochemcials that can do wonders to normalize and improve health, including direct benefits to the brain. Blueberries have been shown to actually reverse some of the aging that occurs in the brain.

6) Soybean (lalo na sa mga bata)

Ang Soybean ay mayaman sa masustansyang protein at unsaturated fatty acids.  Eto kasi ang kelangan para sa pagpapaunlad at pagsasaayos ng brain cells. Dagdag pa, ang soybean ay mayaman sa lecithin, iron at  vitamins, so nakakadagdag ito sa ating memory.  Pero naku, di kasama dito ang Soy sauce dahil fermented na po iyon.  Pero kasama naman dito ang taho at tofu (huwag lang yung pinirito).

every morning may 1 cup of taho ako !
mahilig din ako na maglagay ng fresh egg sa bagong luto na kanin i mix ko with asin .

sige nga subukan natin kung totoong nakakapagpatalino ang mga pagkain na ito. Bibigyan ko kayo ng test this week.

Tapos may isa pang test next month. Tignan natin kung talagang nag-improve nga hehehe

eh kaso, totoo bang ang egg nakaka-cholesterol? sabi ni tito egay ok lang daw kumain ng egg araw araw kahit 2 pa, eh sabi naman ng iba cholesterol daw yun... so ano ba talaga?

Tama ka dyan...me cholesterol nga sa eggs...pero 2 types ang cholesterol, LDL and HDL.

yung sa eggs, low density lipoprotein (LDL)-cholesterol, which are very helpful sa katawan natin dahil madali ito ma-digest.
HDL) -cholesterol na mahirap ma-digest, so extra work ang liver, and more often, ito yung nadedeposit sa mga arteries, large intestines. Yung mga taba ng pork, beef, chicken skin, chicharon ang common sources ng HDL.

Fresh leaves of Mj also is good for cooling of the brain just boil the leaves and drink 3 cups daily but don't use the mj leaves on smoking it can make you look like a fool if you smoke mj leaves
