Tignan nga natin ang mga na-awardan na Best Director o Best Producers sa 22 years ng PB Christmas. Sila ang naging Leader ng grupo: nag-isip, nag-conceptualize, nag-direct, nag-choreograph, nagpakain ng team, gumastos etc.
TITO EGAY
The only back-to-back Best Director in PB Christmas History. Buti na lang at merong Filmfest at MTV, nalaman tuloy natin ang galing niya sa likod ng camera.

TITA EDITH
Best PB Producer. Basta Live Presentation - malamang panalo siya. 6-time winner kasi ang team niya at lahat Live Performance. (Puwedeng 7, kung ibilang niyo pa ang Imelda cheer last year's Golden Christmas)
Eto ang mga presentations niya:
Red Santa Claus during Joke Joke Joke, Millenium presentation ng Millenium Angels, pang-professional na Ballroom dancing nilang 4, Live presentation ng Oki Doki Doc during Sitcom Christmas, Igorot Dance with Tito One, at siyempre ang mahirap malimutan na Little Mermaid presentation nung Disney Christmas. So basta live presentation, Lyamado siya. Buti na lang Presidente siya this year.
TITO IDO
Directed and conceptualized 2 winning presentations. Parehas Family Presentation. Una nung 1990, nung ang Soriano Family ay nag-present ng Decade presentation (yung si Lolo Dad ay Angel). Pangalawa, nung 2002, nung ang Soriano Family ay nag-ATSAY presentation for Retro Christmas. So masasabing siya ang kilabot ng Family Presentations.
TITA CHE-CHE and TITO ONE
CO-Director and Co-Producer winners. Si Tita CheChe nung Retro Soriano Family Atsay Presentation. Si Tito One naman nung, Sayaw at Kanta. Ibig sabihin, pag kelangan niyo ng ibang ideas sa pag-iisip at pag-direk sila ang tanungin ninyo.
Interesting, 5 lang pala sa PB ang nanalo ng ganitong award in our 22 years history.
